Our monthly club meeting. Come along and have a chat with fellow club members. Share updates on your latest projects, and activities. From 7.30pm onwards.
This month with judging for the RON YOUNG TROPHY for boats built by members from kits, scratch built, or restored. See last year’s winners below built by John Shoesmith and Dave Steggles.
Also the RNLI sales lady with with a table full of RNLI Christmas cards, gifts etc. Please come along and support this wonderful charity.

Small Yacht Race Series – 2025

Hi Skippers,
We are going to have a 4 race series competition for Victoria and DF 65 yachts starting Wednesday 12 November 2025. Then Wednesday on the following dates:
19th November 2025
25th November 2025
3rd December 2025
All race days are subject to weather conditions.
Starting 10.30am.
Please confirm with Grahame if you are going to join in.

Sailing Again at Silvermere – 5th November 2025

Dear Skippers
I’m pleased to report that the weed has gone and the water level at the Getty is 17 inches. Today the 5th November 5 Victoria and DF65 yachts tested the lake and all skippers reported all was good for sailing.
At 17 inches it is about deep enough for IOM yachts. However we plan to arrange a Small Boat series using Victoria’s and DF 65 yachts in the near future.
Some good news at last.
