Despite some very heavy showers the event was well attended, and the trains kept on running despite the downpours. PMMC were awarded the Brian Barrow Cup for our outstanding support of the GMES Gala Weekend event; now our 14th year. The trophy was presented to Richard C. by the Mayor of Guilford Sallie Barker MBE. There was also an award to Peter S. for his scratch built Swallow and Amazon sailing dinghies.
